The 2018 Annual General Meeting of Friends of Vulkathunha-Gammon Ranges National Park
was held on Friday 26 October 2018 in the Parkview Room at Fullarton Park
Community Centre on the corner of Fullarton Road and Fisher Street at 7.30 p.m.

7. Ordinary resolution on Committee recommendation for the Association to become an incorporated body.
At its meeting held on 9 August 2018 the Committee resolved to recommend to the members that they support a resolution for the Association to become an incorporated body.
The resolution to be voted on at this meeting is:
the Committee is authorised to arrange registration of the Association as an incorporated body under the Associations Incorporation Act 1985
8. Special resolution on constitutional changes
a) in the event of the ordinary resolution of agenda item 7 being carried the special resolution to be voted on is
The following changes are to be made to the Constitution
i. SECTION 1 NAME to have Inc. inserted after the name of the Association.
ii. Sub-section (1) of SECTION 9 THE COMMITTEE to have the addition
d. The committee shall appoint a public officer as required by the Act.
iii. Sub-section (2) of SECTION 6 SUBSCRIPTIONS to have July replaced by January
iv. SECTION 10 GENERAL MEETINGS, Sub-section (2) Annual General Meeting, part a) to have October replaced by March each year beginning in March 2020.
v. SECTION 13 FINANCIAL REPORTING, Sub-section (1) Financial year to have July replaced by January and June 30 replaced by December 31.
b) in the event of the special resolution of Agenda item 7 not being carried only the changes iii.-v. will be included in the special resolution.
9. Reports on activities in the Park
- Refurbishment of Oocaboolina outstation
- Maintenance at Balcanoona
- Weetootla spring monitoring project
